Still stuck but things are looking up

Okay, I've managed to write 200 words for "This reflection of me" today...200...yep I know, it's mind boggling. Work is really sucking the life juices out of me...like some evil exhausting vampire thing...but on a happier note, versenaberrie put the trailer vids for the up and coming story on youtube so I can finally embed it on the site. Stuck in a bad bad place

Shit shit shit shit. I am really stuck with writing! I am still struggling with chapter 3 and progress is as slow as two snails mating. I wanted to post the first chapter of "This Reflection of Me" in December with 5-6 chapters, one posted each week, but now if that's such a good idea...Luckily Versenaberrie has been busy making a preview trailer for the up and coming fic and she did such a terrific job that I really wanted you guys to see it. This Reflection of Me: Thoughts on writing chapter 2

I've written chapter 1 of this new story this weekend, and it struck me that the Master has become really cold and mean-spirited. I know that some of you were not big fans of Anne and her relationship with the Master, but her loss together with the realization of Rassilon's return has really made a lasting scar on him. The previous two stories were all about how the Master tried to do good, but had failed miserably in the end. In this story, it seems that he doesn't even try any more. The drums have returned and all he's hungering for is taking his revenge on Rassilon. By the time the Doctor realizes this, it is going to be too late.

I've finally completed this story! It's the sixth installment in my series, and it has taken at least 4 months to write. For the next installment, which is called "This Reflection of Me" I'll try to finish a couple of chapters before posting it on the net so you guys won't be stuck on one chapter for months.

And...it's done! The final chapter of "Shattered Worlds" is posted on fanfictionnet and another story in the A Timelord and his Madman series is once again completed.

I'm currently writing chapter 2 of the next instalment, entitled "Before Harry met Lucy" in which the Master and the Doctor travel back in time to investigate the Infinity Corporation that was responsible for kidnapping Rachel. By coincidence (or not), our duo end up in London 2004. So far, the story has Shakespeare, Christmas, alien cabbie drivers, an eccentric lord, 18th century works of art and mr. Bones in it, together with one certain Timelord's exwife.

I'm having great fun writing this one, and hope that it would turn out to be an enjoyable read as well. I'm not sure when the first chapter will be up, but it's planned for December. It all depends on how fast I can write, but I'll keep you guys informed.

Work in progress

With the last chapter of Shattered Worlds finished and about to be posted this weekend, I'm currently working on the next instalment in the Timelord and his Madman series, entitled "Before Harry met Lucy." It's going to be a Christmas story, well at least it takes place around Christmas time, and as you would have guessed, Lucy is going to play a part in it. I'm very happy with myself for I've managed to finish to first chapter today and I am halfway through making the banners. I would like to post the next story in December, with a weekly update of chapters, and aim to publish the big finale around Christmas time. In addition, I may add a present or two under the tree, but what exactly is of course, a secret.

SERIES: A Timelord and his Madman

This fanfiction series is based on the characters of the 10th Doctor and the Master as portrayed by David Tennant and John Simm and follows the events after the twoparter "The End of Time" as written by Russell T Davies. It's non-canon, obviously, since the Master and the 10th Doctor never got to travel together, and the 10th Doctor was forced to regenerate at the end of the specials. In this series, however, the 10th Doctor has survived and went out looking for the Master who had disappeared with the Timelords, supposedly locked with Rassilon in his destruction at the end of the Timewar. Each story reads like an episode, although the first (His Silent Mind) could have perhaps been a two-parter if this was a real broadcasted series. Like a real DW season, it has a story arch, a season plot and subplots per "episode". I hope you'll enjoy reading it, and please don't be discouraged by some of my spelling mistakes (Yep, being not a native English speak does have its downsides).
